Overview: At RPI, we had the privilege of working with iimafix, a service app designed to make home repairs effortless for users across Singapore. Our team handled every stage of the project, from initial concept to the development of both the iimafix website and mobile app.
The goal was to create an innovative platform that eliminates the hassle of finding nearby service providers. Through smart tracking features, the system monitors providers’ job statuses and locations, ensuring customers are matched with the closest available provider in the shortest possible time.
With iimafix, customers only need to submit a service request online—the system takes care of the rest, from finding the right provider to scheduling the appointment automatically.
Service providers also benefit from streamlined operations. The app schedules jobs and calculates travel time based on their location and accepted assignments, allowing them to focus more on service delivery and less on logistics.
Our work with iimafix demonstrates RPI’s ability to deliver seamless, custom technology solutions that improve efficiency and user experience for both businesses and end-users.
